What it is: Kohlrabi is a free workout tracker. Log sets, get a suggested next weight, build programs, share workouts as links.
Price: Free. No ads, no paid tier, no trial for the tracker.

Wants a native App Store app. There is none.
Wants AI-written workouts. Kohlrabi doesn't write them, but an agent can create workouts for clients: a coach pastes them into Kohlrabi Coach as a spreadsheet or plain lines.
Wants built-in client messaging. Coach has none.

No. Progression suggestions are rule-based and show their working. AI models were used to help build the site and app; the AI disclosure says where. Coaching never uses AI.

Is Kohlrabi really free?

Yes. The tracker has no paid tier and no ads. Only Kohlrabi Coach, the software for trainers, is paid.

Where is user data stored?

Signed out, only in the browser on that device. Signed in, also in Kohlrabi's database so it can sync. Settings, Data exports everything. See the privacy policy.
