What the other apps charge

What does Kohlrabi Coach cost?
Basic is $10 a month, Pro $25, Max $49. Pay yearly and get 2 months free: $100, $250 or $490. Every plan has unlimited clients and a 7-day free trial. Clients never pay Kohlrabi.
What does "fee on sales" mean?
If you sell coaching or a program through Kohlrabi checkout, we keep this percent of each sale on top of Stripe's card fees: 10% on Basic, 3% on Pro, none on Max. Money you collect yourself is never charged.
Do my clients need to download an app?
No. Your link opens in the browser on any phone. They can add it to their home screen, but there's no app store and no password: they sign in with an email code.
How is it different from TrueCoach, Trainerize or Everfit?
Can I bring my programs from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Paste from Google Sheets, Excel or CSV; nothing saves until you approve the preview. See importing.
Does it work for in-person clients and payments I collect myself?
Yes. Add clients who don't use the app, put them on a program, log their sessions yourself, and send a view-only workout link that needs no sign-in. Mark a client Free or paid outside the app. Cash, Venmo and your own payment link are never charged. Pausing a client pauses their card billing.
Is there messaging, and can I leave?
Messaging is not built in, on purpose: you already text your clients, and Today shows who needs a message. You can leave any time. Export everything as spreadsheets in one ZIP, even after your plan ends.
